Creating and defining chaos with the use of inks and water. When it comes to the development of his artistic pieces, Trey has dabbled in various mediums but in recent years he has been drawn to using inks. He blends the inks with water to create an organic feel to his pieces. A dip pen is often his tool of choice for adding details and definition to each creation. Currently the focus of Trey's art has been birds. Why birds? Because they are beautiful, graceful, and there is a real intensity to them. From chickens to eagles to a little sparrow, they all have this intense focus that Trey finds intriguing. Also, he finds that birds can be agents of chaos which tends to go really well with the techniques he utilizes in making his art. As of this writing, Trey continues to create art in Massachusetts. His work has been published in magazines, graced album covers, and has been featured in galleries along the east coast. Trey’s art has also spread across the globe and to many homes in the US.
